As a seasoned leader with more than 16 years of experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry, Cade Culver is well-equipped to navigate and excel in the dynamic pet food industry. Before his tenure at Alphia, he served as President at Lassonate Pappas & Company, Chief Commercial Officer at Hearthside Food Solutions, and Vice President & General Manager of Dole Diversified North America. In these roles, he was responsible for engineering, R&D, sales, business development and customer service.

In both roles, he played a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s human resources landscape while fostering a workplace of inclusivity.
